September 15, 2010

Open rehearsal for Arthur Jeffes and his orchestra of rhythmical English whimsy. Fun. Audience included Miranda ‘Queenie’ Richardson.

No accent on the e in Cafe. Hasn’t been one since the first Penguin Cafe Orchestra album in 1976. Keep up.

    A. Pedant
(also in the audience and disgruntled at not being mentioned in favour of some thesp)

Bloody pedant… and I’ll be sure to mention you next time as long as you agree to having the epithet ‘Queenie’ attached.
